As a Bay Area native and longtime resident of San Francisco, Sam’s genetic pattern is engrained in all genres of music (major musical influence came from Rock, R&B and Latin Rock). Sam began working with Dr. Rock in early 2000 and, along with the Dr., is committed to preserving the cultural impact Latin Rock has played throughout history while keeping the musical groove alive for generations to come.


Bob Sandoval

Bob Sandoval was born in Denver, CO in 1949, in 1958 his family moved to the Mission District of San Francisco.  He attended Mission High School and was classmates with Carlos and Jorge Santana and Richard Bean of Suavecito fame,he was able to experience the Latin Rock explosion in the Mission District first hand.

Bob began working with Dr. Rock and Latin Rock, Inc. in January of 2010.

Twinkie Bradshaw

Twinkie is a native of Oakland,Ca and the daughter of the late Gus and Carmen Flores. Her mom was a long time Community Activist in Oakland. Twinkie grew up listening to Latin Rock, R & B, Salsa and Rock music as well as live music in her home provided by her very talented percussionist brothers Tony and Mio Flores and Friends. She began actively attending LRI events since 2007 and believes music heals the soul!
